We are part of the Global Shipping Program, if you are outside of the USA, the price is determined by Ebay - Not Us.  Any returns even on disputed items on purchases outside of the USA are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  We do not pay for return shipping on the Global Shipping Program.
• Winners will receive a notification from eBay at the close of the auction. Please use the eBay checkout, which will have to be filled out in full so that we may complete the auction in a timely manner. A phone number is now required in the checkout, as FedEx/UPS now require it for shipments.
